LOWELL, Arkansas – CRI today announced the acquisition of Skyline Ultd Inc., a professional services provider to federal, state and local agencies.
Skyline, founded in 2001, provides staff augmentation and information tech services for a variety of government agencies, including the Intelligence Community, Department of Veteran Affairs, Army National Guard Bureau and Health and Human Services/CDC. The company has nine employees.
“We’re very excited to add the experienced staff and capabilities of Skyline to the CRI brand of companies,” said Bobby McKinnon, president of CRI. “Like us, they are focused on providing exceptional customer service and innovative solutions, tackling challenges and solving problems for their customers. Together, we’ll be able to leverage each other’s strengths and knowledge to continue growing and expanding our business operations.”
Skyline will continue to operate under the Skyline brand; however, the company’s headquarters will be relocated to the Lowell headquarters of CRI.
This is the second acquisition for CRI within the last 90 days as the company continues to seek opportunities to grow and diversify business offerings. In March, the company purchased Global Emergency Response (GER), a software and technology services company specializing in emergency technology solutions.
