ALEXANDRIA, Virginia – United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) has awarded CRI a Prime contract to provide Services Center Operations Support Services (SCOSS). This contract is Firm-Fixed Price, Fixed Unit Price and Labor Hour, has a duration of one base year with four option periods, with a potential value of $101,206,926.75. CRI will support USCIS by providing experienced personnel and program management support to SCOSS Services centers in Dallas, Texas and Lincoln, Nebraska. CRI has partnered with FCI Federal to provide personnel to provide Data Entry, File Operations and Mail services.
