LOWELL, AR. – CRI is pleased to announce the appointment of Joseph Agyei as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Mr. Agyei assumed responsibilities on July 26, 2018.
Joseph joins CRI with 20 plus years of professional accounting and finance experience. Joseph most recently was the CFO for a large privately-owned government contractor and prior to that held the position of Corporate Controller for a large government contractor. Joseph has extensive experience in all accounting and financial processes including financial reporting, budgeting, contract accounting, cash flow, and tax compliance. Joseph’s background also includes bid and proposal preparation. Joseph has a strong understanding of CAS, GAAP, and FAR. Joseph is thoroughly familiar and comfortable with Deltek and Costpoint accounting systems.
Joseph has an MBA from the University of Mary Washington and a BSc (accounting) from George Mason University. He is a Certified Public Accountant and Chartered Global Management Accountant. Joseph is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Association of International Certified Professional Accountants, and Virginia Society of Certified Accountants.
Joseph will oversee all financial functions and processes for optimum efficiencies’ and compliance. He will work with CRI leadership on financial strategies that align with the global goals of the corporation.
Joseph’s knowledge and leadership skills will be an asset to CRI as it continues to grow and expand.
