Job Types & Functions
Provides contact center support in a highly professional and fast-paced environment. Call Center Reps provide efficient and accurate handling of customer inquiries, perform account changes, and provide guidance.
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- 6 months of contact center or customer service experience
- Must be able to obtain a federal public trust security clearance
- Must not be in default on any federal student loans or defaulted loans that are guaranteed by the federal government
- Must Be a U.S. citizen
Provides customer service by handling inbound calls or making outbound calls to provide resolution to inquiries. This position must also communicate through multiple channels, including phone, email, chat and text.
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED required
- 1 year customer service experience
Provides day-to-day supervision and leadership of contact center representatives. This position must consistently deliver a positive customer experience, accurately resolve inquiries and achieve high qualify assurance metrics.

- 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience in a professional business environment or contact center

Work Remote.
Our contact center employees are currently teleworking from home. While these are remote positions, employees must be located within a reasonable distance of our locations.

Congratulations! We’re glad you want to be part of Team CRI. Below is a break down of what to expect in the application process.
Application Review & Phone Screen
Your application will be reviewed by a recruiter. If you meet the minimum requirements, the recruiter will contact you to set up a phone screen to discuss the position and your qualifications.
Hiring Manager Interview
If you qualify, you will be scheduled for a virtual interview with the hiring manager to discuss job specifics and learn more about your experience.
Assessment Test
If the job requires it, you will receive a CSR Assessment that will need to be taken within 24 hours and completed on a laptop or desktop computer. (The test will not work properly on a cell phone or tablet.)
Pass The Test
If you receive a passing score, you will move to final round of the application process. Your application and score will be reviewed and a recruiter will reach out to you with a verbal offer for the position.
Onboarding & Start Date
You will receive an offer letter with a start date and other documents needed to be signed, such as background/credit consent forms. You can expect your onboarding paperwork and equipment information, too.
Training
You will attend paid training to learn about the role, requirements and other job duties needed to support the customer. Depending on the customer, training can last up to 8 weeks. (Training is currently remote.)
