LOWELL, AR. – CRI announces the appointment of Kenny King as Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO). Kenny joins CRI with 22 plus years of experience in Human Resources. Kenny will assume responsibilities on June 16, 2018.
Kenny was previously employed by one of the largest retail chains in the U.S. as a Divisional Human Resource Manager. Kenny established several successful programs to enhance hiring procedures, employee engagement and retention and effective leadership. Kenny has proven his expertise in change management, workforce planning, talent management, benefit administration, and leadership.
Kenny holds certification from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM-CP) and the Human Resource Certification Institute (PHR). Kenny has attended multiple seminars and workshops in the H.R. field focusing on H.R. Management, Leadership Strategy, Training, and Employee development.
Kenny’s experience and knowledge will provide global support and leadership to develop and enhance all Human Resource Functions. Kenny will collaborate with other members of the executive team to analyze, support, and strategize the H.R. needs of the company. Kenny will be responsible for development and implementation of the employee review process, recruitment and retention, employee compensation and benefits, and establish core functions of management roles and accountability. With Kenny’s guidance and leadership, the Human Resource department will establish and maintain processes to enhance the overall business plan and strategy direction of CRI.
