Alexandria, Virginia – The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has awarded CRI a contract to provide Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) support services. CRI will partner with Xentity Corporation and serve as the subcontractor. The contract is set up for one base period (April 7, 2016 to April 6, 2017) and includes four option periods with a potential total value of $2,300,000. CRI will support the SEC by providing two FOIA Analysts, including one Senior FOIA Analyst, to work on-site at SEC Headquarters in Washington, D.C. CRI’s FOIA Analysts will perform FOIA releasability reviews, pursuant to the nine FOIA exceptions, and redactions of unclassified documents in response to FOIA requests. CRI has provided FOIA, Privacy Act, litigation, legal, paralegal, and related records management and administrative services to Federal clients since 2006 on 10 contracts in support of seven Federal agencies.
